Q:  Do I pay more for the solution?  

A: NO.  Often you will pay less than going with direct sales because service providers pass along savings from not having a direct sales person engaged. 

Q:  Who bills me?  

A:  The Service Provider because you are the customer of record.  Cortez Solutions is NOT a rebiller.

Q:  Who do I call if I have an outage?

A:  The carrier.  Open a ticket then call us to give us the ticket number so we can go to the carrier and escalate thru backdoor channels.

Q:  I don't understand how Cortez Solutions get paid?

A:  All of the service providers have agreed to pay a customer service fee to Cortez Solutions.  Once a solution is sold, Cortez Solutions is mapped to that service and the service provider pays a fee.  Service providers prefer this model because customers receive direct support and service provider's in house sales team costs are reduced.  This model enables Cortez Solutions to provide a carrier agnostic solution that best caters to your needs while providing white glove customer service.  

Q: How do I engage with Cortez Solutions to get started?

A:  Call or email us.  We'll set up a call/meeting to introduce, understand your challenge, collaborate, identify and assign resources with expertise to assist you.  You guide us as to what you need.  We'll do the "grunt work" and move mountains with the service providers to give you options.
